This is not a Roth Account. I guess my question was not worded properly. I should have said remove the properties from the Ira but still keeping them once they are out. All properties are rented and are good earners. Just wondering if there was a way to remove them from the IRA without paying the taxes in one fell swoop.
Appreciate you response John.
I have a SDIRA that has 3 property's in it. I am currently 65 yrs old and I am wondering what would be the best tax strategy to remove those 3 property's over say like a 5 yr period.

Congratulations, you did an awesome job. Consider the money you left on the table an education cost and then learn from it which seems you certainly did.

@Nicholas Aiola and @Dmitriy Formichenko.

Thanks for your help.

Have three rental properties in a 401k. These are tax deferred accounts. I was wondering what is the best tax strategy to remove the rentals from the 401k as a disbursement.  Any tips or ideas on how to minimize my tax bill is greatly appreciated.
