Hi all! My wife and I are in the process of purchasing an investment property in the Chattanooga area and are looking for any good references on contractors. MOST importantly we are looking for a reliable handyman we can utilize for small jobs for potential maintenance issues. We would also appreciate any references for electricians, plumbers, and lawn mowing services. Thanks so much!

Hello all. I am a beginner in the real estate investing business and am curious about what features are big draws for potential renters? Is it location? Style? Walking distance to shops? Layout? Price?

Any advice or links to data about this would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance for the help.
