I have talked to a few lenders in my area, but I wanted to ask here: does anyone have suggestions for good lenders to work with in Northern Utah. I'm not looking for anything out of the ordinary just conventional mortgages to finance rehab properties.

I am currently looking for homes to rehab in the Northern Utah area and I am considering getting a conventional mortgage for the house and hoping to get private financing for the rest. My question: What would be the best way to find private financing?

I know I have to do the footwork to present and justify the deal, but how would I find someone in the first place?

Hello

I just joined BP a few days ago on a referral from a friend.

I currently work as a software developer in salt lake city utah and I am here to learn how to invest, specifically in rehab projects in northern utah.

I am looking for a good real estate agent and any tips on how to finance some deals in the beginning. I don't have a ton of cash to start.

thanks in advance

I am new to BP and I am currently looking for my first deal in northern Utah. I am also looking into ways to get the money, so my question: Would you suggest using a hard money lender for my first deal, or only when I have some more experience?
