@Russell Brazil Thanks Russell, 5-6% is better than I thought. Property is not rent controlled and this would be a 5 year term for me. Do you know if there are IO options and is there someone or some company locally where I begin my search?

Does anyone know if I can include attached bathroom size in the square footage of a bedroom for the purposes of meeting occupancy standards?

These bedrooms have enormous master closets and attached master bathrooms. Would be interesting to know if they count towards the rooms total square footage.
