Hello BP!

We have available for immediate assignment a two bedroom, one bath condo in the Edgewater neighborhood on the Northside of Chicago for $99,900. The property has an ARV of $145,000+.

This condo at 1617 W. Glenlake Avenue 1W, Chicago has a new hot water heater and boiler, updated electric, an enclosed sun room, laundry set-up in the basement, a fenced landscaped backyard, parking on the side of the building, and more. The unit needs paint and cosmetic updates. The entire unit except for the kitchen and bath have beautiful hardwood floors that are currently covered by carpet.
