Hi, I am a real estate agent, licensed about 1.5yrs now. My ultimate goal with getting my real estate license is to learn as much as possible, begin investing and help others do the same. I relocated to the Augusta area during my real estate class so I don't know many people in the area and have struggled to meet new people to network with. I have a goal of flipping 1 house and buying 1 rental by the end of next year (2025). I am looking for a mentor to help me figure out the flipping portion. I need help understanding the management of it, finding trusted professionals for the repairs, good financing options for newbies and all the other things I have no clue about. I would like to shadow someone, help out with their flip and provide any assistance I can including listing your property. I'm not advertising for real estate clients but I know people don't often do things or mentor for free and that's something I can offer. I'd prefer someone local to the Augusta GA / Aiken SC / CSRA area so it can be a more hands mentorship but I'll take what I can get. Thank you!!

Hello all,

I'm a newer real estate agent in Augusta, GA. I have a friend that wants to rent their property on a "Mid-term" basis, at least a month but less than a year. I will manage the property but having issues marketing on furnished finders without being the property's owner. Has anyone had this issue and found a work around. Are there any other sites you have listed to, pros and cons please. This will also be my first property to manage, so any tips for this type of rental would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Is there any new information on the Kingdom program? I just got off the phone with Joel Payne also and the price point is huge. As mentioned above $8,800 for a 6 month program that is supposed to, but not ACTUALLY guaranteed, to help you make your first deal in less than 60 days. In the midst of a pandemic it's hard for me to see myself laying that much on a table that I can't see the legs of. So please, if you have any info on this programs success rate and not the 70% they keep throwing around I would greatly appreciate it. I am new, still in the research and partner search stage so everything they are offering sounds great but I can't afford that loss if i have absolutely NO success. Thank you in advance for your info.
