I was going to offer him 118k to start out. Think that's too low?

If you are looking to flip the property, I don't see any value in it if you are buying it at the market value.

"The house next door is another property they flipped and they claim it sold for 128k (its only 1100sqft)"

I would do my own due diligence than believe their "claim".

You will receive more helpful replies if you post more information on the property.

Thanks!

I'm looking to buy the house to live in. 1279 is the sqft of the house. its not no the market yet but they are gonna ask 134,900 for it

Ok so i have found a house that i like. its about 1300 sqft. 3 bedroom 2 bath. 2.5 detached car garage. The house has been flipped down to the studs. My dads friend is the one that did the flip. His wife is a Realtor as well. They are asking 128,500.00 House is located in clarksville, IN.
The house next door is another property they flipped and they claim it sold for 128k (its only 1100sqft). I was curious how much I should offer them before they put the house up on the market. everything inside and out is brand new. I could save on realtor fees and all that stuff. Your feedback is much appreciated! This will be my first house! :D
