Who do I give written notice to surrender the property to. The owner of the or the realtor Company .By the way no one stays in the house

How to take possession of a house that's up for sale . Can I change the locks and get a realtor a key or do I get one from the realtor company. Any help would be nice

Yes you can go in and change the locks.But make sure you keep any furniture. If they come back and redeem they will want items back.

Therefore owner can't sell house it doesnt until it pay me plus  12% per annum

The House Bought in tax sale .House is up for sale .Call the agent ask her to remove the sign and listing and Lock box on 6-30-17 .How long Should i Give the agent  to removal sign listing and lock box.What are my options with this by the.way checked  and there's no liens on the house .
