Hello,

My name is Theodore. As stated above, I'm new to this whole rental thing. Honestly, I had never intended to get into it, but after owning my first home for a short period of time, I am looking at a job in another state. Obviously, the equity isn't there to sell just yet. Good news is that this site is a wealth of information and resources.
