Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $130,000
Cash invested: $15,000

This is a single family home with two bedroom and one bathroom. I remodeled the interior and also turned a portion of the detached garage into a small living area adding a sink and countertop along with bathroom.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am looking at obtaining financial freedom through long term rentals. The cash flow is what is driving me so I can quit my w2 and focus on my businesses.

How did you add value to the deal?

I converted half of the large detached garage into additional living space. I painted the entire interior and replaced the flooring. I also improved the landscaping in the front yard and repaired the lawn in the back.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I worked with Salvador Sisneros with ROC real estate partners in ABQ, NM. I would highly recommend Sal.
