Hello,

That is the biggest issue in Quebec the landlord - tenant laws favour the tenant.  That would be your biggest issue, if you got a bad tenant your  screwed

If you the saying "do not put all your eggs in one basket"  Each city has there ups and downs.  Also saying people always go to school, so hitting the student restate is great place, because student have in there mind set they need to pay rent first.
