Hey! I am a business minded person looking to know everything there is about real estate. I have been involved with startups and the stock market. Regarding my first property to buy and live in I was wondering where I should be looking. REOs, foreclosures, or selling by owner? This would be in the Westminster, Lafayette, or Louisville area.
