Thanks Richard, def a lot to absorb but I'm quickly getting through episode after episode. Certainly interested in learning what you've had experience with good or bad and start to figure out where this journey may lead.

Hey BP, Chris Pool here from New Hampshire, I live on the sea coast in the beautiful town of Exeter. High taxes but excellent school system and it happens to be where I grew up as well so I never strayed far from home... I own my own home which started out as a 1971 3 bedroom ranch and after 10 yrs of ownership became a two story 98% complete rebuild. Benefit is we have a lot of equity in the house since the Reno was paid for outright... I'm a project manager for a small Material Handling company which gives me lots of practice working with people and more importantly sub contractors. Very interested in learning more about real estate and I'm trying to figure out where to look, whether to flip or buy rentals etc... so many options really don't know where the best place to start is. I drive a lot for my job going to and from customer sites so I spend a lot of time listening to audible books and more recently the BP podcast. Very much want to network with others in the area and learn more about the NH market and how others are diving into the world of real estate.
