I have followed this forum for years on and off. As an REO/SS NJ Realtor with access to all NJ MLS sites, I have been helping investors all over the state make some serious coin. I gotta be honest, lately I have been getting jealous and want to put some of that quid in my pocket too. I see enough room in may of my REO deals for an investor and I to make great cashflow. I am looking to hop off the fence and proactively get involved in the investing side and am seeking some NJ investors to build long standing partnerships with. Does Larrys courses address buying mortgage notes? I am looking for help on trying to buy a discounted 2nd mortgage note at a steep discount 1 month prior to foreclosure. Im willing to take the risk as I am the listing agent on the property. This will be my first real "investor" move. As a REO/SS Broker I got tired of watching everyone making all this cash, Im ready to get off the fence and need direction. Saw Larry's name come up a couple of times when googling the Junior Lien Cash Machine course. Anyone thinking they can help is welcome to PM me. Willing to pay for mentorship on my first deal.
