Bob,  I sent an inquiry to Resi.tech.  Can you share with me what the cost is?

Thank you Bob.  I took a quick look at it and requested more info.  Do you use it?

I'm looking for some suggestions for mortgage/loan portfolio tracking software or spreadsheet solutions.  I'm looking for a few specific things.

• Scalable from 25 to 100+ Loans
• Loan-Level and Portfolio Analytics (present & historical)
• Multiple servicer connectivity or CSV import

A lot of what I see out there are geared towards servicing.  It seems to be overkill since I am not servicing.  I've checked into the "Note Dash Board" and that is one that seems to be servicing centric.  I've also looked into NoteWerx which I believe is much better, but the reporting seems limited.

Any suggestions you can come up with would be greatly appreciated.

Notes can be the most risky and most complicated strategy in Real Estate if you don't know what you are doing.  One of the few where you could lose every penny of your investment.

If you do it right, it can be one of the most lucrative strategies in Real Estate.

With that being said, if you are interested in investing in notes, pick up a few books and read about it.  Investing in Debt - by Jimmy Napier and Performance Anxiety by Gordon Moss.  Another good resource is listening to the Note MBA podcast from front to back.

If you decide it is for you, educate yourself, find a mentor and avoid the $20K Gurus.  Oh.... and educate yourself some more!!!
