Hi guys! wanted to re-engage on this topic. For someone that is looking only to pull the property ownership information, is Propstream the best tool? Or are there cheaper options? To give more context, I am trying to locate the owner of a property that I like in Redondo Beach, CA (Los Angeles County), but the tax assessor website doesn't give me any information on the owner nor their billing address...

Hi everyone! I need a quick help, the last rehab phase of my BRRRR property in KC was to replace 6 windows. However, the contractor bailed on me last minute. So I was wondering if anyone here knows a contractor that can install windows? To clarify I already received the windows that the previous contractor ordered, so now I just need someone to install it. If you have any potential referrals, pls send me a direct message! Tks!

Hi everyone, I am looking into a 30+ units asset in San Antonio TX, and I was wondering what is a comparable property management fee. Looking at the forums I saw that 100+ units go for 3-5%, while SFHs go for 8%-10%. Is it accurate to assume that a 30+ asset (with no payroll) goes for 6-7%?
