I have the same experience as Jim above. Soon as I place an ad, I receive a ton of responses. However, I've only had to place a few ads, as my screening process has led to good long term tenants.

Buffalo, including the east side, is seeing a lot of growth. This thread was from 3 years ago. And I bet you some of those areas they are thinking of have brand new developments and or completely renovated homes in them.

I'm so disappointed. A mandatory work meeting was changed this week to the meet up time. I look forward to meeting everyone at February's event!

One thing to consider Russell, when you post a sign in the front yard, you are advertising that the property is empty. Depending on your neighborhood, this may be a bad idea.
