Didn't expect my 2 bedroom rental to rent for what it did. Getting 1400 a month in rent and a property i bought for 130k and now worth 170k

I got a Fha loan on this and rent out the top unit with a long term lease and living in the bottom. I will transtion the bottom unit into a mid term rental once I move out

Where do I buy new numbers ?

I am a realtor/ investor and I make a lot of outbound prospecting calling. I have an issue with finding a service that will give me numbers that I can use as my caller ID that aren't showing up as spam. Any advice from the prospectors out there to make it so your number wont show up as spam or a service that will change your caller ID would be helpful. Thank you 

I am a real estate agent and I am representing these landlords. Long story short we are looking for a place for the tenants to move into. Their situation is really rough. I am told there are long term good paying tenants. The only problem is that their credit is less than ideal and they have a past eviction on them. They have a disabled child and their options are limited so I want to reach out and see some other perspectives on how to best help them. Thank you for your response.
