I'm going to have to look into that today. Because I don't want to invest in alot of homes, I just want to focus on one that is bringing in the bills, if you know what I mean. Thanks.

Please surprise me with some facts on this one. Because I heard this from a few people. Hud homes are discounted & they say you can't use them as an investment.
