As the title states looking for private money lenders brokers and not just hard money lenders.

We are looking to fix and flip in the DC Maryland Virginia area. We are looking to split a portion of the revenue with someone who can provide us funding from private lenders. We are willing to payout a big percentage! All you have to do is get us in with the lender. PM if you know private lenders looking to make some money and lets make something happen!

I am a newbie to the real estate game. I am looking to buy a townhouse as a rental property but of course i would need to finance the deal. I want to know if i can purchase the property with a traditional loan(15,30year) or is that not possible for investment properties?
