Hello all, I was wondering if you have any recommendations for a property manager in the Westford area of MA. I need some handyman and/or contractor for small repairs. Also, is there a property manager that you used and still have good experience with? I of course will do my own due diligent, but any ideas would be helpful for a new starter like me. Thanks for the reply! Much appreciated. The PMI will go away per my loan officers once it hits 20% equity, my goal is to get there within 3 years.

I am having a closing date upcoming soon and wanted your opinion on my current rate, which I think is not too bad considering other companies I contacted. My rate is 3.99% with a PMI of $90. I only put a down payment of 5% for a ~300k loan. My location is in Groton, MA. Please let me know your opinion and experience especially if you know the market there such as whether it has good appreciation value there.
