Value = # of Occupied Lots x Lot Rent x VM

VM = 60 (if septic)  or 70 (if sewer)

So your case would be (example): 

9 x 200? x 60 = 108K... This is assuming the lot rent is 200 and the park is on septic...  This is straight from Mobile Home University.. You can wholesale this deal on market place or at mhu forums too. Good luck.
