I'm an out of state investor looking to make connections with solid wholesalers in the Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Any recommendations are welcomed. I'll do my own due diligence of course. Thank you in advance for any referrals.

Quote from @Danny Jimenez:

Call the agents on listings that are on market and make a introduction as to what you are looking for!

Or, you can use the BP agent tool to find someone locally in your market that understands investing because not agents do lol

Thank you @Danny. I used the agent finding tool you suggested on BP. Wish me luck!
I see that you're located in LA, do you invest locally or out of state?

Quote from @Katie Smith:

Hey Thalia! I highly recommend joining your local REIA groups and attending them monthly! There's always mentors, investors, agents, and sponsors there you can learn and talk too!

Thank you for the tip @Katie. I signed up for meetup.com and registered for the first local networking event ;) (I couldn't find any local events through BiggerPockets in San Francisco). If you suggest any other websites I can find local meet ups, I'd love to know. Thank you again!

Trying to leave my analysis paralysis. Looking to make the first move by finding an Investor friendly real estate agent or Property Management Company who can provide some guidance/insight into the neighborhoods in OKC. Any recommendations welcome, thank you all!
