@Jill F. REITS are gobbling everything up

@Kenneth LaVoie she just submitted the same bill, now a year later with things recovering. If they where worried about people effected by Covid they could have given them vouchers. This ends all rent for a year.

@Maricela Chavez there was a recent court victory for landlords regarding the cdc regulation.Im in California,so they have their own regulations about this.

@Gregory Stanley maybe Trumps idea is to head of more eviction legislation like California’s in other states?

@Marci Stein so what happens when a tenant comes down with Covid and the rest want to move out of the building because of it?And you’re stuck with the one that doesn’t have to pay rent?If The government cared about public health they would provide separate housing for quarantine until the People where back on their feet.

@Anthony Newbold sounds like it’s time to bring the sheriff. You can evict because it’s not covid related.

@Nicky Reader considering that Trump,or at least Kushner are landlords,I’m wondering why they did this

@Paul Shannon I would be interested.

@Abhijit Roy choudhury they actually did give SBA loan money to landlords,if they where set up as a company

@Justin R. The other law in the senate is more like that.I mean they are trying to pass multiple laws on top of everything else!
