Hey there @Mark Dreher! I noticed your post about having rentals in Ohio but living in California. I live in California as well and because of the way the California housing market is I have been highly considering buying some properties in the Midwest, specifically in Ohio. What would you recommend to get started if I wanted to pay cash for a property or two? Also the ROI seems to be pretty good out there! I would love to hear how you got started and why you chose Ohio. Do you manage the properties on your own?

Hey Brian Burke, thanks for the response! I just listened to the bigger pockets podcast you did and it was great! In your opinion which area of Sacramento are you seeing the most success? I have been talking to buyers and they all seem to want properties in the South Sacramento region. Any thoughts?

Kyle, Jared and Al, are you guys having any luck in this booming market? I have been getting about 6 calls/day from "motivated" sellers. I have not gotten a sale as of yet but it is nice seeing a growing response to my hours and hours of putting up Bandit Signs! What do you guys see working best for leads? Thanks!
