Hi everyone , I would like to get into real estate wholesaling, but would like to know if wholesaling is legal in California and what type of

contracts are used to legally do it right and were to get the contacts.

I am new to this form and toreal estate.

I would like to work with lease options

the type were your get a seller to lease option you there house ,and I in turn find

a tenant/buyer and get my fee and move on to the next deal. any help in these area

would be very helpful and is these concept still being usedin california.
