Being new to the real estate business I am looking for a mentor and when I ran across this company it sounded great. A co-worker of mine went through Fortune Builders when he got started and he said it was good for someone with no experience and I thought this would be the same. I was surprised when I asked her if I could contact any current members and she no. I am located in Spring, Texas and ready to rock and roll.

I just spoke with someone from Creative Investment Concepts they said they would guarantee 75K in profits for giving them 10K to start and they would assign a mentor to me. They suggest that all new investors start with a few buy/sell transactions to get started and that the average profit for one of these is 17.5K. Does anyone have dealings with them?
