I am renting a place month to month and am required to give 30 days notice to move out. The landlord never fully fulfilled the lease. He was suppose to provide internet, working washer dryer, etc...which he never did. I am moving out in a week with no notice and was wondering if any of this could come back on me?

Does the fact that they had a dog there for 4 months factor into it at all Jon? I would think since the lease/estopple didn't have a dog mentioned in it, she would completely lose her deposit.

Is it a new shed? Maybe put something in that gives you approval of the type of shed before he installs it. That way if they do leave the shed and it's a piece of junk, you won't have to pay to have it removed.

If you are close to budget and the comps aren't dependent on new windows, I would not spend the money. The old windows work and as long as they look OK and don't detract from the house, then go with them. Unless you get your money back for putting in new windows then don't do it. One of the hardest thing to do in a flip is knowing when to stop.

No worries Josh. I bet I just glanced over the email. Just upgraded. Thanks for the quick reply.

I had a Pro account. I assumed it was a continuing subscription until I canceled. Do I need to update it monthly?

Is anyone on BP buying condos, furnishing them and renting them out as short term corporate housing? If so, how's it working out and any pointers on getting started in this area of real estate?

Thanks Steve, but I did a search on winterize/dewinterize on the forums prior to writing this post because it didn't answer my question.
