Is there anyone that could point me in the direction to finding a company that could proved Transaction Funding and Proof of Funds? I am very interested in wholesaling a Hud property and I've done research and read that i could find proof of funds from a possible hard money lender or transactional funding companies. It would be greatly appreciated if I could get some advice about how this works as well.

I want to give back to my community and be a positive influence to my students and anyone else that i can help.

Hello everyone , i have been getting the run around for this particular question and it is quite frustrating so i will try to make my question as simple as possible? is Transactional funding a good idea to use when making an all cash offer on REOS and HUD properties? And if possible can anyone explain a proper scenerio or an example of how its used?

From my understanding Transactional funding can be used when a wholesaler wants to make a cash offer but does not have the actual funds or liquid cash in his or her actual bank account. Than after the TFS are used to get the property under contract the property can than be sold or exchanged ( i plan to use an LLC) . The investor will than pay the actual cash to buy the property. Is the this the correct scenario?

Good evening everyone I am very interested in making a few offers on HUD properties and REO properties. I have a few questions and hopefully someone can help me. Thank you for your time.

#1 If i am making and all cash offer (in hopes of flipping it to an End Buyer) will i need a pre-qualification or Pre-appoval letter? My plan is to use Transactional Funding.

#2 If i use Transactional funding will the funds need to actually need to be in my personal bank account? and will they check my personal Bank statements?

#3 Is it a good idea to try and get a pre-approval letter or pre-qualification letter from a Hard money lender?Or will i have to do this anyway?

Thank you for your feedback Mr. Gerald. Would you happen to know if I would need them both to bid on a HUD or an REO property?

Hello my name is Tevin , im a 22 year old college student in philadelphia.  I'm very interested in wholesaling HUDS and REOS and im very thankful to have found this site because im very excited about getting started. The one question i do have it about Transactional or Flash funding. do i actually need to have the actually liquid cash or capitol in my bank account to use these funds? and are these things the same as a proof of funds letter?

Thank you, for your time and i appreciate the feedback.
