@Kuba F.

It's hard to understand the tax bill. It this a fee I have to pay one time or is there a monthly payment. I'm lost on going about finding and paying the taxes.

I am flipping my first property and wondering how do I obtain, contact, and calculate my carrying cost before I present my numbers to the lender. Do I call the different companies first? If so, how do I find that information? Or Is there a good cost amount I can write in, present it to the lender, and pay for carrying cost after?

Carrying Cost:

Taxes

Utilities

Insurance

I'm a Real Estate Investor in the Atlanta area. I'm wholesaling at the moment, looking for a contractor to partner with to give me repair estimates. I will pay you a fee we both agree on at closing. Anyone interested or have any references?

I'm a Real Estate Investor in the Atlanta, Ga area. My company is Family Wealth Builders and I'm looking to build my team. I need Realtors willing to provide Comps for Properties I'm wholesaling. We can sit down, build, and talk about how we both can find value in the deal. Any recommendations please inbox me.

@Curtis Rouse Yes Sir, thank you for your response. Right now the three main people is a attorney to draw out my contracts, general Contractors for property wholesale estimates, and realtor for my comps. The only value I can add to their business is helping market their business. My target audience is young and Aspiring Investors. I guess my question to you is being in the industry for a while, Do you know any young guys willing to build a relationship other young guys in the industry? My over all mission and focus is for us young guys to help build each other up in this industry. Or do you recommend me talking to more season investors?

I'm a new investor in the Atlanta area. My company is Family Wealth Builders LLC. When it comes to wholesaling and building a relationship with Contractors, Realtors, and Attorneys. What kind of dialogue or approach do I use being new in the industry and low on funds? I know I'm suppose to create a win win situation for me and them, and also add value to them but how do I bring that up in the conversation?
