A Meetup will be taking place and all real estate investors, brokers, wholesalers, etc. are welcome to attend.  The purpose of this meeting is basically a Meet and Greet for networking purposes.  It is open to individuals throughout Okaloosa and Walton Counties.  If you are interested in wholesaling, buying and holding, flipping, and anything in between, then you are invited. Please RSVP since this is taking place in my home.  While my address indicates Freeport, please note that my home is actually in Choctaw Beach, which is about 3 miles east of Bluewater Bay.  Hopefully, there will be a great turn out with potential for growth and we can meet in a public location on a regular basis in the future.

Looking for solid advice/guidance regarding building a network of buyers.  I am new to wholesaling.  I have homes in need of buyers, but am not sure how to find them.  I have advertised on craigslist and facebook.  I have also invited colleagues through BP. Maybe I'm not using the right wording for what I'm looking for in my ads.  Any advice would be appreciated.

I was advised by an attorney that in order to wholesale property for cash I must have specific forms and utlilize full disclosure.  I am hoping someone can elaborate on these two advisories.  I want to do things legally. but seem to get different feedback with each person I speak to.  I have several homes awaiting contracts, but have had no luck finding a title company/attorney who will support the wholesaling process.

While doing some research on a home and attempting to assess it market value, I have run into a little problem.  The home was built in the 50's and there are no comparables in the area.  Other than looking at the home in person and viewing the county appraisers estimates, can anyone suggest any other ways to assess?  Is there a "rule of thumb" when running into situations like this?
