Hi,

I currently have a home under contract and now i'm looking to take out a rehab loan on the property.  I was told to obtain this loan a contractor with a "Supervisor License" will be necessary to look over the project.  This isn't a huge project.  Looking to use Max $10,000 towards the rehab.

I am looking for some good referrals to contact in the Worcester county area who is willing to do work in Auburn MA.

Hello BP community!

My name is Terrence and I reside in Central MA. I have been self-educating and attending seminars to slowly transition into the wonderful world of REI (specifically wholesaling). I have been doing this for about 6-8 months now. I've read many books, blogs and listen to many podcasts. My next reads are the books on flipping houses and estimating rehab costs by J Scott, as I heard these are great reads. I feel confident that with my work ethic and will to succeed that REI is a great path, but the amount of information to cover is overwhelming! I'm hoping to meet some friendly investors (wholesalers) out in the central MA (or MA in general).
