Wow!  You have a lot of great advice! It might have already been said, I read a lot of post but not all so The only thing I would add is the more you educate yourself about long distance investing the more confidence you will have stepping outside your bubble.  I agree that you shouldn’t do anything you are not comfortable with but if you truly aren’t able to find what you are looking for where you live then you may need to expand your search area.  I am in California and have had to do this...it is scary but I refuse to let my fear determine my success.  I am handling the fear with education and will be buying my first property at the end of February.  I hope you find what you are looking for!

Hi Christian I am interested in a meetup but I think Rob had a great point.  I am a new investor and will be purchasing my first property out of state at the end of February...I am not sure how useful I could be for more experienced investors. Would still love to network!
