Should a new agent starting out pay for many different marketing tools or just focus on social media? What is the best way to build up clients? Word of mouth? Networking?

Hello, Currently I am seeking a broker. My two choices this far are a local small new company in town, or Keller Williams.  I have met with the small local company, and value many of the things they have to offer. I am meeting with KW this week. I am a new agent and worried about going with the smaller local company because they are not as known or establish yet. Can that be a good thing? Keller Williams has been around and is all over the US,  what are peoples opinion about a new agent and picking an agency to go with.

Hello, I just completed my pre license course final today and will begin signing up for the state exam hopefully by next week. I am looking for a broker in the south Atlanta area looking at add to there team :). I would like to start working with someone prior to the exam to gain as much knowledge as possible. How should I go about finding a broker?

I am getting read to take the Final Exam for the Georgia Real Estate License test, has anyone taken it before? Any types, is it tricky or pretty straight forward? Are the questions similar to the study guide?
