I’m looking for a Cost Seg Engineer. Any recommendations on companies and what was your experience with them?

Quote from @Joel Case:

This question has been answered thousands of times, but I use Pricelabs for pricing and TurnoverBnB combined with Hospitable for cleaning. Not sure if there is anything for what you are calling syndication, Booking.com imported a lot of stuff from the AirBnB ad, but VRBO I had to do it on my own.

Experience with Hospitable and Pricelabs has been good, TurnoverBnB has been a bit buggy for me.

Thanks, Joel. Good to know that pricelabs has been great!

Hi there,

I have my first STR property almost ready for show time in November. Any recommendation on tool(s) to use for

1) dynamic pricing and syndicating the rental to the major STR platforms such as AirBnB, VRBO, Booking.com, etc

2) collaboration with property/cleaning crew

Follow-up question is how was your experience using these tools?

Hi there,

I just started my real estate rental journey early this year with a condo being rented out to a couple. We're almost at the end of the lease and after that, they'll be going month-to-month (as per the 1 year leas agreement).

How much % do homeowners/property manager typically increase rent when lease term is due?

I notice that on average, that's about 3-5%, but similar properties in my neighborhood are now listed for 8-10% of what my tenants are paying.

@Joel Case, thank you! Awesome suggestion. I'll take a look at Hospitable.

Thank you, @Michael Glunk. Would you mind if I reach out directly and get some tips, best practices, tools you're currently using?

I'm hoping to be a hands-off STR owner so was interested in Evolve and/or RedAwning's services to manage bookings and optimizing my property's listings on multiple booking sites such as AirBnB, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.

I already have a local property manager and cleaning service. But would like to get people's opinions regarding their experience working with these two companies.

Thank you!

Hi there,

I'm looking for a real estate lawyer to help make sure that we're setting things up and protecting ourselves properly.

Also looking for a CPA to help us with tax planning strategies.

Would prefer in Monterey/Salinas area, but can go up to San Jose, CA.
