Fellow STR investors,

After listening/reading/researching for over a year, I'm currently in the BP Rookie Real Estate Bootcamp to help myself finally take my first step.  My 30-day goal is to decide on my strategy and asset class and I'm leaning toward STRs.  I've prepared a list of questions to ask other investors to help smooth my fears and better inform my decision. Would anyone here be open to a Q&A phone call/Zoom so I can run some of these questions by you?
