Hi! I’m in CA and considering getting licensed in real estate so that I can use the est. 3.5% commission towards my investment. Has anyone done this successfully? How do you find a broker if selling real estate for others is not your long term goal? Thank you in advance for any information.

@Andrew Goodwin I was wondering the same thing good explanation. I also understand that the home has to have 25% equity and they will only take into account 75% of the rental incomes to consideration. The 25% equity may be a specific to a particular lender and not across the board.
