We have a property picked out.  I'm in the process of getting pricing on cleaning services, marketing costs, etc to make sure the numbers make sense to purchase.  Where did you go to high school?

My husband and I are planning to purchase our first property within the next three months.  We are specifically looking to invest in a short-term vacation rental in the Destin area.  We are seeking advice and information on analyzing properties to insure a sound investment, as well as advice and information on out of state self management.
