What’s your strategy on coming up with a rehab estimate for a basically completely burned down  house. Nothing’s left but this frame!  Neighborhood comp is in the 90’s to 100k.

@Nathan Gesner I am a Wholesaler. (Newbie). Just trying to cross all my T’s. So this should be clearly stated As a part of the assignment contract? When does this inspection usually take place?  At what part of the process?  

Btw, I really appreciate your time! 

When wholesaling, is there an “inspection period”. Am I missing something? 

 Hi Frankie.  Are you restricted to the Greenville area only?  I’m trying to get my feet wet in the wholesale game. I’m maybe 30 minutes out from Greenville.
