Thank you all for the warm welcome.
Bill, I need to say that during this coming weekend it will not be warm at all.We are expecting a cold front, so T's will be on the 20-30's I guess. About I-10, it has been expanded, and finally all lanes are working.
Dawn, I have been in Houston over 3 years now, so I'm still new in the area.But what I can say is there is a lot of new development in the city and affordable prices on SF homes. No, I'm not a Realtor or anything close,neither my husband. I just love real estate, investing (small projects for now) and entreprenuership. Love it!

Hi,

I am so glad to have found this site! I'm new at investing so this is a great opportunity for me to learn from all your experiences good and bad. I already have two properties actually rented (SF home and an apartment). At this moment I am interested in a rental apartm.building ( duplex,forplex).
