Prioritize and be around people that can help "uplift" you.  Don't rush into anything without doing the proper research

Very nicely done - I was on the fence about laying out faux tile throughout a rental (I was aiming for the bathrooms, kitchen and living room) but after  seeing your pictures..the whole house is the way to go.

Are there any diy classes or even local clubs for diyers wanting to tackle projects like cabinet installs/dry walling..etc..etc apart from Home Depot?

I just want to be able to do light rehab to the interior and make it a "cookie cutter" template to follow for all my properties.  

@Rick - did you use a interior decorator for the job?  The inside looks nice

Does anyone hire a interior decorator when renovating the interior of a fixer upper?  I want my properties to be pleasing to the eye to attract tenants but at the same time cost efficient.

Who was the concrete company you used if you don't mind me asking?
