Hello BP community!! So lately I've seen people talk about FHA, and I heard that you get a really low down-payment(3.5%) and that sounds really good for a 19/yr who is just starting out! And I also heard that you have to live in the house for about a year to get the loan? So please share your experience and knowledge! Thank you BP community!

Hello BP, so I'm 19yr old and I want to buy my first single family house quick!(like every starter). I'm saving but by looking at the pace, it looks like it'll take forever! So what can a 19/yr old do buy his first single family house? Btw I'm getting educated on RE everyday!

I want to invest and buy single family house in the future and I wanted to ask the community on how i should get started and be financially prepared as a starter?
