This does remind me, however, of the go-do days a few years back when my mortgage broker gave me a Word file with their letterhead and a signature image, and they basically told me I could write any pre-approval letters for myself that I needed.

What flyer are you guys using to sell your wholesale deals. I know about mailchimp, facebook marketplace etc. However I wanted to know if there was a site or app where you can put the details of your deal then market them.

Hope I can get some assistance with this. What software are methods are Investors using to market deals. Off market properties what software are being used to create flyers, email blast etc to send out to buyers.
