Anyone have any success doing these in Dallas/Fort Worth? It seems like it can work. Been looking at comps for the last hour or so. Margins would be smaller but there is less competition.

I thought there was a marketplace or something for contractors and other vendors.

Is there a list or a directory of Dallas builders/developers? I come across vacant land everyday and I want to help out my fellow Dallas peeps. I'm trying to build a list and other than going the hard route searching Land Glide, I'm kind of stumped.

Hey I'm coming across a lot of land listings in Dallas and I get things all the time (cold calling all day every day) that I think a lot of builders would like. Is there any way to build a builder/end buyers list for land?
