I am not looking for handout...I am quite capable of buying what i think is necessary for me but i thought that this site was about sharing / giving info for free....I didn't think that paying $1197 was worth it, believe me I have been checking ebay hoping to land a deal like you....Des had promise to call me with some info , i am thinking it might be on where i can get a better deal ...i don't think it is a handout of any kind....I know sometimes people get caught up with other things and so forget so i think i was aggressive enough in attempting to remind him......all i ever ask for is for info to determine if it is worth it to pay $1197...

What determines the direction one should focus in when starting out in REI …i.e… is it personality traits, capital, knowledge, contacts, negotiation skills, etc that should determine how one should proceed into real estate investing…for example, should a handyman get into rehabbing , good negotiator do wholesaling and vice versa? Or is it just determination that is the most important factor to success in REI…,

Warren, I was thinking the form disk ( Repair estimate sheet), kitchen / bathroom template....labour material and pricing how to structure and line up paperwork and outline the process of doing renovation...

It is a reference manual that tells how to prescreen contractors...etc..

Thanks so much, It is really a lot to spend in this economy but I don't think i can get it on a cheaper book, not that i know of, but i will appreciate it if someone know of a cheaper book or program on flipping that i can use....

it suppose to be a step by step system on flipping...or some template ...hope matt can elaborate on exactly it is...
