How long have you owned your properties? Are there others areas that you would recommend? I am new to Southeast Michigan. I live in the Wixom area and the inventory is almost nothing. 

I would like to know what the wholesalers market looks like in Southeast Michigan? If anyone out there has been on either end of this I would like to hear your story.
