Sorry it is in Decatur, AL. I'm actually working now on getting a seller finance deal with it. Instead of a DSCR. With the updated info from the realtor . It no longer qualifies . They want 1.55m and it would have to drop down below 1.2m

Huntsville , Al . Renovated. and all 14 units are 100% occupied. I have all new details. The rent roll. And numbers. And room for raising rent. I can give these if you are interested

Are there any investors that don’t mind getting a dscr loan. I don’t mind creative financing . I’ve done plenty, but not in this one It’s a 1.38 on the dscr scale. A 7.87 cap rate. And 100% occupied. 3-4plexes and 1 duplex Still cash flows with under market rent. So they can be raised. I can give the info to anyone who wants more.
