So the unique good thing is that I'll recover my money and a little interest, 2 years after I bought it. And I need to pay the value of the certificate ? What is the delay to do it ?

Hello,

I'm looking for details about all tax liens in florida.
The public auction is gone, so many winners resale it on the internet.

What are the steps after buying it ?

I mean : I bought it, what happened next ?

Who will pay and when for back taxes, when I can mail the county and tell them that I want to foreclose the house and take the ownership ?

Thanks for your help

Some taxes are delinquent on 2011, so the process of foreclosure is over ?

Hello,

I'm bought a simple house and she have some taxes (false informations, but real situation)):

Year Tax Fees Due Status
2009 600 200 800 Subject to foreclosure
2010 1000 200 1200 Subject to foreclosure
2011 1000 200 1200 Delinquent
Total 2600 600 3200

Can you tell me if I will have to pay for the total or a part ?

Is it possible to negotiate with the county for monthly payment or i need to put cash on the table ?

Hello,

I buy my first house in Highland Park, MI.
The house in the left side of me have a big fire damage.

I want to find the owner, tear down the house. The aim is to enlarge my backyard, and build a 1/2 car garage.

With the address, or my parcel ID, can I contact the county to help me ?

Thanks you for all your answers.

Yes, I'll ask for inspection before buying.

Flint or toledo because of the price.
I can do another city, but I want to buy under 8k (rehab include)

Regards

Hello,

I want to buy a house at FLint or Toledo.

How I do to buy and send the money ?

I mean, I know the email of the seller, He is ok for selling and ask for cash.
So I go to my bank, send the money and that it ?

Or I need few steps like middleman or down payment ?

It's my first purchase before my own home, so I want to do it in the right way.

Regards
