BP Nation,

Does anyone have any insights on the multifamily rental or single family market? I am considering purchasing a property in the Ojus Area. Personally, the Aventura area appears appealing to invest. I would highly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Of course. I am assuming this meeting will be convened in the Springs. I would recommend maybe Friday or Saturday Morning. The agenda should included each person offering a deal or lead to allow everyone to contribute accordingly. My number is 512-944-7900.

BP, I have funds, credit, realtors and contractors capable to purchase, rehab and sell property in Colorado Springs. It has been rather difficult to acquire distress properties in the springs. Any leads or deals? I would love to work with you.

I agree. Generally, the Springs is tight for all strategies. MFRs are expensive with rents that are not suitable for those prices. SFR are great if you find them off market in great areas, like Old North End, 80907, 80906, Fountain, OCC and the WestSide. I am trying to solidify a lead for a flip, but the comps appear to be awkward. Yet, that is why one has to buy right. Development is an interesting option. From my understanding, by 2018, this city will be rocking. Let me know if you find anything. Hopefully, we can work together.

This is amazing. I love hearing prices like this. It just shocking to brain the price differences across America.

Let it go. Pay off debt. Find an investment property. Rent to Cash flow or flip to make more money. Repeat. 😎
