Hey BP. I'm looking for a owner. I've been to the county sure to pull up the tax records but the homeowner address is the same as the vacant home. How can I locate them? And also how long does homes usually takes to get demolished once it's one the demolishing list?

how do you find people that's behind on taxes? I understand how to locate the owners but how do I know if the owner is behind? Where can I get a list of people that are behind on taxes so I can mail them letters @Marlene Michael @Mark Brogan @Ned Carey
